watercops rule. they're the most easy-going sonsabitches ever. When I had a boat, they're frequently board me (cause they'd board everyone) and just do a quick check. one time, they asked me (as the driver) to set my beer down so i could help them with the engine hood, to check my flame arrestor. My guess is, that has kinda tapered off. but back in the day, they were cool. Coast guard is a different matter, they're dicks.

well let's see...i'm a foreigner, better lock me up. i have an accent in english, therefore i might be a terrorist, i actually speak my mind (mustn't have that, it's not allowed, don't you know only patriotic americans get a say so?). and i do things unvanilla with the lights on! for shame...
